Eligibility Criteria

Replacements are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Customized or altered items are not eligible for replacement unless they arrive with defects or damage.

Replacement Window

Customers can initiate a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

For faster processing, please retain your invoice and order ID when contacting customer support.

Steps for Replacement

1. Contact our support team via email at dhuragaranitex@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share clear images of the defective or damaged product.
3. Once approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup or provide the return address.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a replacement will be processed promptly.

Non-Replacement Scenarios

Replacements are not available for items that show signs of wear, are used, or have missing tags or accessories.

We also do not accept replacement requests for minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences.

Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, the replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

You will receive an email and SMS notification with tracking details once the replacement has been dispatched.
