Shipping Information
We are committed to delivering your beautiful sarees safely and efficiently. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time. Each saree is securely packed using eco-friendly materials and includes detailed care instructions.
We offer fast and reliable delivery options across India, including express shipping for urgent orders. With our real-time tracking system, you can monitor your shipment every step of the way until it reaches your doorstep.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. Ready-to-ship sarees are typically dispatched within one business day, while orders requiring custom alterations take three to five business days to prepare.
For pre-order items, the processing time will be mentioned on the respective product page. We strive to ensure every order is handled carefully and dispatched promptly.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to all major cities across India, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations, as well as rural areas covered by postal services. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are also supported. However, certain remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times due to limited courier availability.
Some pincodes may require advance payment before dispatch. Please note that deliveries to military or high-security zones may need additional verification. Currently, we do not provide international shipping services.
Packaging
Every saree is packed with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We use acid-free tissue paper to protect delicate fabrics, along with moisture-resistant wrapping to safeguard against damage during transit.
All our packaging materials are eco-friendly and recyclable. Each order includes care instructions, and customers can also request gift wrapping for a special touch. Our goal is to ensure your unboxing experience feels as elegant as the saree itself.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You will also get SMS notifications updating you on the delivery status. You can track your order in real-time directly through our website to stay informed about its journey.
Upon successful delivery, a confirmation message will be sent to verify that your saree has reached you safely.
Shipping Issues
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us immediately at dhuragaranitex@gmail.com. Kindly provide your order number and tracking information so we can assist you promptly.
We will work closely with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In cases of damaged or lost packages, we offer replacement shipping to ensure you receive your order without any inconvenience.
